Rental rates for our cabins are as follows.  Please note that there is no smoking, nor are pets allowed in the cabins. 

April 1 until May 12 & Sept. 8 until Oct. 30

May 13 'til Sept. 7

Reservation Policy 

• Reservations must be accompanied by first night’s deposit.  
• Two night minimum on weekends; three nights on holidays.
• All rates are for one family (2 adults and up to 4 dependent children).  
• Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is Noon.
• Damage deposit of $50.00 may be due at time of check-in and is refundable within 7 days of checkout if no damage is done.
• Guests smoking or bringing pets into rentals may be subject to a $100 cleaning fee. 

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a choice of a refund of deposit bookkeeping fee (per site) or a credit for the full amount of the deposit to be used in the current season.​
• Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a full loss of deposit.
